Let’s Move Together!
Join mobility managers, transit professionals, advocates, and agencies across the country in celebrating Mobility Week—a dedicated time to highlight transportation options, accessibility, and the importance of mobility for all.
What is Mobility Week?
Mobility Week is a statewide (or national!) celebration of all things mobility—from walking and biking to transit, volunteer transportation, shared rides, and beyond. Each participating state or region hosts events and promotions to:
- Raise awareness of mobility options
- Educate the public about accessible transportation
- Build partnerships and community support
- Promote equity, sustainability, and healthy lifestyles
When is Mobility Week?
Mobility Week is celebrated in November each year, catching Election Day and/or Veterans’ Day:
- November 2-8, 2025
- November 1-7, 2026
- October 31 – November 6, 2027
- November 5-11, 2028
- November 4-10, 2029
- November 3-9, 2030
How States Can Participate
We’re encouraging each state to organize and promote their own Mobility Week with events that reflect their communities. Think:
- Ride free days or try-transit events
- Walk or Roll to School/Work Days
- Mobility fairs or senior ride demos
- Public education campaigns or contests
- Ribbon cuttings or bike rides

Why This Matters
Mobility Week isn’t just about transit—it’s about freedom, connection, and community. It’s a chance to show how smart transportation options make life better for everyone: kids, seniors, people with disabilities, rural communities, and urban neighborhoods alike.
Let’s amplify the impact—state by state, community by community.
States Participating
Several states are already leading the way in celebrating Mobility Week.

The map highlights U.S. states that are currently participating in Mobility Week 2025, a coordinated effort to promote accessible, sustainable, and inclusive transportation options across the country.
Florida has long championed the effort with a robust statewide campaign that includes events, contests, and community outreach.
Kansas joined the movement in 2023 and has seen growing participation from rural and urban communities alike, highlighting the importance of mobility in all areas.
Oklahoma recently launched its first coordinated Mobility Week, bringing together transit agencies, mobility managers, and local partners to promote awareness and engagement.
Each of these states offers a unique approach, showing how Mobility Week can be tailored to meet local needs while still connecting to a broader national movement.
