About the Association

Meet Our Board Members

The Association of Mobility Managers was built on a shared vision of advancing mobility solutions and fostering collaboration among transportation professionals. Our board members bring a wealth of experience and dedication to shaping the future of mobility management. With backgrounds in public transit, policy development, community planning, and accessibility advocacy, they are committed to supporting mobility managers nationwide. Their leadership will guide our mission to connect, educate, and empower professionals in the field. We are grateful for their commitment and excited for what’s ahead!

Steven Workman, Region 1.
Steve is the Director of Transport New Hampshire, which provides technical assistance to build capacity & partnerships across government agencies, coordinating councils, providers, and stakeholders to increase public and elected officials’ understanding, support, and use of transportation services in N.H.

Kristin Lam Peraza, Region 3.
Kristin has worked in mobility management for nine years and serves as the Director of Regional Mobility Programming & Partnerships for the Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission (RRRC) in Virginia. She is committed to building collaborative, person-centered transportation solutions.

Jeremy Bell, Region 4.
Jeremy has 14 years of experience in mobility management and began his career as Mobility Manager for the East Central Transit Action Group (EZTAG) and Choctaw Transit, serving from 2012 to 2015, promoted to Assistant Director in 2015, and then Director in 2021. He is a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Academy from CTAA.

Calvin M. Glover, Region 4.
Calvin is the Regional Mobility Manager for Aaron E. Henry Community Health Center/DARTS Transportation, where he applies his extensive experience in healthcare administration and strategic planning to enhance community health services. Born and raised in Clarksdale, Mississippi, Calvin is the second of three children.

Rob Scott, Region 5.
Rob has served as a Mobility Manager with the Benzie Transportation Authority in Michigan for the past 1.5 years. He is dedicated to coordinating accessible and equitable transportation solutions. Rob brings fresh energy, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to developing empathy-driven solutions.

Dr. Marilyn Dillon, Region 6.
Marilyn has more than 40 years of experience in public transportation and is a recognized leader. She serves as the Mobility Management Administrator and ADA Coordinator for EMBARK, the public transportation system for the City of Oklahoma City. She champions innovative mobility solutions like the Climb Ride program.

Sarah Hidalgo-Cook, Reg. 6.
Sarah has more than 30 years of experience in mobility management and is a Certified Community Transportation Manager. A three-time recipient of the Texas Transit General Manager of the Year Award, she is a respected leader in the industry. She leads the Rural Transit Provider Network and Texas Women in Transit.

Michelle Coats, Region 7.
Michelle was the first full-time Mobility Manager In Kansas and works closely with all the public transportation providers in eight counties. She has helped to establish the 81 Connection fixed route, the Kansas Rides website, KANcycle regional bike sharing, the Salina Mobility Working Group, the Saline County Food Action Team.

Laurie Bauer, Region 10.
Laurie has worked in mobility management for three years and serves as the Transit Programs Manager for the Southeast Idaho Council of Governments. She is dedicated to expanding transportation access and is currently pursuing her Mobility Management Certification through Easter Seals Project ACTION.

Olivia Hook, Advisor.
As the Mobility Management Director at the Oklahoma DOT, Olivia Hook is responsible for implementing the new Oklahoma Mobility Management Program. Previously, Olivia was the statewide mobility coordinator at the Ohio DOT, where she led the Nationally recognized Ohio mobility management program.

Ed Thomas, Advisor.
Ed was born in Monett, Missouri, and grew up in Ozark, Missouri. He became the Executive Director for the Camden County Senate Bill 40 Board, dba Camden County Developmental Disability Resources (CCDDR), in March of 2012. Since joining the CCDDR team, Ed serves in various professional and community service roles.
